was one of the leading pioneers in the spread of sous vide cooking. Modern culinary chefs would not be using this technique if it weren’t for William. Back in the mid 1900s, it was incredibly uncommon for any chef to be using sous vide. That all changed when William first brought the technique back from the Renaissance period into the modern light.
